Travel Guidelines to the Philippines
As of April 1, 2022, fully vaccinated travelers hailing from “non-visa required countries, HK and Macau SAR passport holders (for stay period not exceeding 14 days), diplomatic and official/service passports with existing visa waiver agreements, and foreign nationals with valid visas” are permitted entry to the Philippines if they:
- Hold a passport valid for at least six (6) months upon arrival,
- Have a return or outbound ticket to next country of destination or origin country,
- Can provide proof of vaccination recognized under existing IATF regulations (for list of such organizations, please refer to philippineembassy.org),
- Travelers aged 18 years or older that have received primary rounds of the COVID-19 vaccine and at least one (1) COVID-19 booster shot, travelers aged 12-17 years that have received primary rounds of the COVID-19 vaccine, and travelers under 12 years accompanied by travelers aged 18 years or older that have received primary rounds of the COVID-19 vaccine and at least one (1) COVID-19 booster shot, regardless of vaccination status, no longer need to complete an RT-PCR/ART test prior to departure,
- Individuals that do not meet the above criteria must present a negative Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test taken within forty-eight hours (48hrs) or laboratory-administered antigen/ART test taken 24 hours prior to departure.
- Have filled out the OneHealthPass Health Declaration Form.
Prior to departure:
- Register through Bureau of Quarantine’s OneHealthPass (OHP) Online Registration Platform and save your transaction number.
- For those that do not meet the criteria listed above must present a negative Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test taken within forty-eight hours (48hrs) or laboratory-administered antigen/ART test taken 24 hours prior to departure.
- Update your OneHealthPass/OHP registration on day of travel.
- Be ready with a print-out of your digital vaccination certificate from notarise.gov.sg, with QR Code) and OneHealthPass QR Code.
While Inflight: Fill out the Arrival Card and Customs Declaration Form provided by the flight attendant.
Upon Entry:
- Receive a briefing on health and safety protocols at the One-Stop-Shop Holding Area.
- Present your OHP QR Code at the Help Desk.
- Proceed to the Bureau of Immigration for arrival clearance then to baggage claim and customs inspection.
- Arrange method of transportation.
- Note: foreign travelers are no longer subject to a mandatory quarantine period, but should keep track of any COVID-19 symptoms for seven (7) days. In the event that an individual is presenting COVID-19 symptoms, they must report to their local government.
